Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from GB Sterling (pounds) to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Draft IT Based systems are supplied as electronic downloads only. All other products are shipped via UK standard postal service within a few days of order.

Credit Card Security We do not process any sensitive credit card details on the CADlogic eShop web site. We use PROTX who are an established, bank authorised Internet Payment Service providing on-line payment security.

The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.
Internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
Transaction Security
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer’s site to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed.
This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the customer and Protx is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser.
The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuer.

Returns Policy Because you are buying the Software by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
1 You must tell us if you wish to cancel within 14 days of placing your order.
2 The software must not be unlocked. The software is defined as unlocked once CADlogic Limited have sent a unique unlock code to the supplied email address.
3 On confirming our agreement of cancellation we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods within 30 days.
